How to shop at Bojesen

All agreements are made in Danish. Product Information Reservations are made with regards to errors and price adjustments on the web-site, in brochures and other sales material. This also applies to incorrect photo materials. Bojesen cannot be held responsible for possible errors and modifications. Payment The agreement is entered and confirmed after you have pressed “confirm order”. You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard & JBC. In connection with payment on the Internet, the following charges are made: Danish Internet Payment and BG Internet Payment: DKK 2.00. Dankort and E-Dankort: DKK 1.95 + 0,1 % of the total amount. For International issued payment cards + 5,75%. The amount covers the expenses of the bank, PBS etc., and is liable to modifications, in the event that the banks should alter their fee. It is a common notion that Internet transactions are risky. This is not true. You have no own risk, in the event that your card is abused in an Internet store using SSL. Moreover, SSL coded data can only be translated by PBS. Bojesen can only draw the amount on the payment card, after the goods have been sent off to you. Delivery and Charges The goods are normally delivered from day to day. However, as we produce handmade chocolate and food, a time of delivery up to 4 days can occur, when we are understocked and a new production has been commenced. Bojesen cannot be made responsible for any delay of goods, but we will always strive for delivery on time. Costs of delivery will be held by the purchaser. Costs of delivery cover carriage or postage as indicated below. We do not send COD. Price for delivery in Denmark

Complaints We are only happy to hear from you, if you have any proposals for improvement. If you have any complaints about the delivery, please contact us at chokolade@bojesen.dk or call 33 91 46 00. Complaints shall be submitted on the same day you receive the package. This applies in relation to both the receipt of the package and in relation to the content of the package. Thus, we can immediately take action and provide you with a better service. Force Majeure In the event of lack of delivery, due to force majeure, Bojesen cannot be held responsible, and Bojesen rerserves the right to wholly or partly cancel the deal or postpone the delivery. Under force majeure are among others, working conflicts, blockades, political disturbances, state intervenance of any kind, lack of supply power, or other circumstances that may derive Bojesen from fulfilling its obligations of delivery.
