CHOCOLATE

Chocolate is not just chocolate. Like wine the flavour is determined by the sort of cacao beans, the soil where the beans have grown, the methods of harvest and fermentation, and last but not least the climate.

Chocolate has become more and more sophisticated with delicate flavours, subtle aromas and mixtures in compliance with the proportions and preparation of the chocholatier.

For many years, Bojesen has had its own production of stuffed chocolate based on raw chocolate imported from Belgium. As a most recent initiative, our chocolate is now based on our own raw chocolate, which has been developed during the course of 2005-2006 with an intense personal commitment. Every aspect from the selection of beans, the extent of roasting and rolling, and the quantity of vanilla have been carefully considered.
