Chocolate is not just chocolate. Like wine the flavour is determined by the sort of cacao beans, the soil where the beans have grown, the methods of harvest and fermentation, and last but not least the climate.
Chocolate has become more and more sophisticated with delicate flavours, subtle aromas and mixtures in compliance with the proportions and preparation of the chocholatier. Our latest achievement have been the development of a new organic chocolate, based on a Criollo bean form the depths of the Bolivian Amazon and organic cane sugar from Brazil. The chocolate was awarded with a silver medal and a gold star within its first year on the market.
